Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mind full of here and now; being intimately in tune with what is going on inside and outside our bodies, in relation to ourselves, others and the world. It is an invitation to keep returning to the unfolding of our life in each moment, with care and compassion. A practice to begin with, a way of being, and love itself as we embody it more and more. At the root of it, mindfulness is a way out of suffering.
